In emmanuela.gr we respect your right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us why you wish to return, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case you are charged only the direct shipping cost for the return of the products.
Refunds are accepted only if the item(s) are in the same condition as received, not having been used, worn, soiled or in any other condition than the original and the security label must remain intact.
In the rare case that you receive a defective, damaged or different product from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange for its free return and replacement.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is a good idea to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the items sold and the intact packaging in order to detect any obvious problems (e.g. damaged merchandise, the wrong item, etc.).

In case of return of the items, your refund will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive them. The exact amount of time your money is refunded depends on how you chose to pay for your order.

Return of defective product
All our products go through quality control before they are shipped. However, if you experience a problem and the product you received is defective, you should follow these steps:
- Call us at +30 2391021132 or email us at email@example.com
- Fill in the attached Return Form you have received with your order.
- Place the return form with the product you wish to return to safe packaging.
- Call ACS courier & return the package to Emmanuela Alevizopoulou, Gymnasium 15, 57007, Chalkidona N. Thessaloniki, Greece, for a fee to the recipient, i.e. emmanuela.gr
The emmanuela.gr will either replace the defective product with a new one (depending on the inventory) or refund you.
In the case of replacement, we will need 3-5 working days from receipt of the return in order to complete the process and ship the new product.
In the case of a refund, it his will depend on the payment method with which the original purchase was made. That is, the Cash On Delivery payment will be returned to the bank account you have stated in the refund form, the payment by credit/debit card will be returned to your card and similarly the payment with PayPal will be returned to your PayPal account.
How will I be reimbursed?
As soon as we receive your return, the procedures for returning its value will begin. How the refund is made depends on the payment method you selected. Thus, the amount will be refunded either by cancelling your credit card charge, by refunding the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (7) working days into the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you have paid on delivery.
How much will it be refunded to me?
We will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the products and any shipping costs.
